Key Responsibilities:
- Configure desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, dealer boards, mobile devices, and install software to BTIG standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email delivery, Microsoft Office 365, telephony (landline & mobile), voice recording, printing, UPS, and other systems.
- Perform daily system checks and manage ServiceNow queues, including issue logging, assignment, and progress tracking.
- Take full ownership of incidents and tasks, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Assist with infrastructure projects, desk moves, and out‑of‑hours maintenance.
- Manage asset and inventory records.
- Support disaster recovery tests and collaborate with global technology teams and external vendors.
- Install Windows OS, MS Office, manage updates, and perform standard builds.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritising and multitasking effectively.
- Experience with mobile device management tools and asset/inventory management.
- Familiarity with SQL for ad‑hoc reporting.
- Use of help desk systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Exposure to ESX/virtualised environments, CISCO CUCM, and IPC dealer boards.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage competing demands and maintain composure under pressure.
