We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Change Management to join our growing Programme & Change Practice. This is an opportunity to lead large-scale transformation programmes, help clients navigate complex organisational change, and play a key role in shaping the future of our Change Management offering.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of medium to large-scale business transformation programmes
  • Manage end-to-end client engagements including budgets, resources, commercial performance, billing and contracts
  • Develop innovative change management approaches, delivery strategies and service offerings
  • Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, training programmes and proposition development
  • Support business development activities including proposals, bids, RFPs and client presentations

Proven experience leading complex transformation and change programmes across multiple industries:

  • Strong expertise in strategic change management, stakeholder engagement and organisational change
  • Proven experience (current/recent) working directly in a big IT consultancy (Deloitte/IBM/Infosys/TCS/KPMG etc) is essential
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and create value for clients
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
