Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver effective CRM functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Work on implementations, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements
- Build solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Support integrations and data processes within D365
- Collaborate with the wider team to understand business requirements
