The Role
We’re looking for a Managing Consultant with strong expertise in Programme & Portfolio Management to lead complex transformation initiatives and shape the future of programme delivery through innovation, automation, and advanced tooling. You will play a key role in driving delivery excellence while contributing to the growth of our P&CA capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring successful outcomes across multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
- Manage client accounts and engagements, including budgets, resourcing, and commercial performance.
- Drive innovation in programme delivery through automation, tooling, and modern P3M practices.
- Contribute to the development of new offerings and delivery methodologies.
- Support and execute the Programme & Change practice strategy.
- Develop internal capability by coaching and mentoring junior consultants.
- Play an active role in business development, including bids, proposals, and client pitches.

Your Profile
- Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes across industries, with expertise in governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
- Proven experience (current/recent) working directly in a big IT consultancy (Deloitte/IBM/Infosys/TCS/KPMG etc) is a must.
- Outstanding commercial acumen, including managing delivery budgets and identifying opportunities to enhance programme performance.
- Experience working with hybrid delivery approaches, combining Agile and traditional P3M frameworks.
- Ability to lead teams in matrixed environments, building relationships and developing talent.
Desirable
- P3M certifications (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, MoP, P3O, PROSCI).
- Experience in consulting or large-scale transformation environments.
- Expertise in automation, tooling, and digital programme delivery.
- Experience developing propositions and transitioning from sales to delivery.
- SC clearance (or willingness to obtain).
