We are looking for a Database Developer to join a growing technology‑focused organisation that supports businesses with regulatory compliance and systems implementation. This is a unique role where rather than focusing on the ongoing development of SQL Databases, you will be responsible for the integration of a software product into clients' database solutions. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs before configuring and delivering a software solution that will help streamline their compliance processes and improve reporting accuracy. This is a hands‑on role where you will manage implementations end‑to‑end, working with a diverse range of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver software implementation projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Gather and document client and internal requirements, configuring the software to meet business needs.
  • Analyse client workflows and provide best‑practice recommendations aligned with system capabilities.
  • Support the client post-implementation and assist in continuous improvement cycles.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong technical background specifically with T-SQL.
  • Experience with query writing, performance tuning and indexing.
  • Experience with ASP.Net/C#.
  • Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to understand both high‑level and detailed requirements.

What Is on Offer

  • Salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience.
  • Fully remote working model.
