Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus

I am working with a fast-growing, cloud-first consultancy that is helping organisations unlock the power of Generative AI to drive innovation, efficiency and transformation. With a strong focus on ethical AI, scalability and impact they are enabling clients to build production-ready solutions that deliver real business value.

As part of their continued growth they are looking to bring on an AI Engineer to join their specialist AI team. This is a technically challenging role where you will lead the design and deployment of Generative AI applications using Azure AI Foundry and related services.

You will be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, technical excellence and continuous learning.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and deploying scalable Generative AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Azure ML.
• Collaborate with clients to define use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Building and implementing RAG pipelines and fine-tuning models.
• Presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contributing to agile delivery processes and sharing knowledge through workshops and demos.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions on Azure.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI including LLMs and GPT
• Strong programming skills with Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
