Account Manager

I'm working with a growing technology consultancy headquartered in the North East, known for delivering high-impact solutions across a wide range of public and private sector clients.

As the business continues to scale, they're looking for an experienced Account Manager to help strengthen client relationships and drive strategic growth.

  • As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and service improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs

To be successful in the role you will have

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Manager role within an IT consultancy
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of consultancy delivery models
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work collaboratively across teams

In this role, you'll be based in the Newcastle office on a hybrid basis, with flexibility to work remotely. Some of the benefits included with the role are listed below:
