Newcastle upon Tyne | Up to £30,000 | Fixed-Term Contract until April 2027 (with potential to become permanent)

Our client is a highly regarded nationwide provider of IT and business systems solutions, known for delivering exceptional service and investing in their people. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to their Newcastle-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with strong customer service skills to join a supportive and collaborative environment where training, development and career progression are actively encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1st line technical support via phone, email and remote tools
  • Logging, troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents and service requests
  • Escalating more complex issues to senior support teams when required
  • Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an IT support, helpdesk or service desk environment
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
