This is an opportunity to become the first dedicated AI leader within a highly successful global organisation operating at the forefront of workforce solutions and talent services.
The business already has an executive team that actively embraces AI and has committed significant investment towards its AI transformation journey.

You'll work directly with senior leadership, influence strategic decision-making, help define enterprise-wide AI governance, and shape how AI enhances both internal operations and customer-facing services globally.
This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of technology, innovation and business strategy, while still retaining enough technical credibility to prototype ideas and guide engineering teams towards successful delivery.
- You Will Work With
- Developing and owning the company's AI strategy and roadmap
- Partnering with executive leadership and AI governance committees
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer and contractor experiences through AI
- Driving AI adoption across the wider business
- Collaborating with engineering teams, business stakeholders and external partners
- Building AI proofs of concept and validating innovative use cases
- Working closely with Microsoft innovation programmes and AI initiatives
- Creating governance frameworks covering security, compliance, privacy and responsible AI
- Evaluating emerging AI technologies, vendors and industry trends
- Measuring AI adoption, ROI and business impact
- Helping automate and optimise processes including onboarding, compliance, payroll, invoicing and workforce management
- Influencing future AI investment and transformation programmes across the organisation

- Key Experience
- Strong background in Software Engineering, AI, Automation, Data or Enterprise Technology
- Experience delivering AI or intelligent automation initiatives within a commercial environment
- Ability to translate technical concepts into measurable business outcomes
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, privacy, compliance and risk frameworks
- Experience working with Generative AI technologies and modern AI platforms
- Understanding of technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI automation platforms, RPA solutions or similar tooling
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability
- Experience identifying, prioritising and delivering business transformation initiatives
- Comfortable balancing hands-on proof-of-concept work with strategic leadership responsibilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
