Business Systems & Integrations Manager - up to £80,000 - Fareham
We are looking for a hands-on Business Systems & Integrations Manager to take ownership of business applications, reporting and integrations.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and support Sage 50, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Joblogic and Roveel.
Troubleshoot system, data and integration issues and provide user support.
Maintain and develop API integrations with clients and third-party systems.
Develop automation, reporting and business applications to improve processes.
Review, test and troubleshoot AI-generated code and technical solutions.
Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver practical improvements.
About you:
Strong experience across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI.
Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations and coding.
Able to understand and troubleshoot code, ideally using Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable taking ownership of a varied systems environment.
Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is a broad, hands-on role with significant autonomy to improve our systems, integrations and use of automation and AI.
