The Role

We're looking for a Creative Production Manager (maternity cover) to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of TentBox's content production engine. Working closely with the Head of Content, this role is focused on planning, coordinating, and delivering creative output across shoots, campaigns, and always-on content. You'll ensure projects are clearly scoped, timelines are maintained, and stakeholders are aligned – keeping the team moving and unblocked.

This is a highly operational role at the centre of the creative function – but it's far more than project management. You'll bring a genuine creative point of view, helping to shape how content comes to life across channels. You'll manage workflows, coordinate internal teams, community and UGC creators, and external freelancers, acting as the bridge between production and channels to ensure creative is delivered in the right way – efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. You'll need to think holistically about what a fully-functioning suite of channel-specific assets looks like, not just individual deliverables.

What you’ll do

  • Own and maintain the creative Production Planner, ensuring priorities, timelines, and capacity are always clear and up to date.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of creative projects across campaigns, shoots, and always-on content.
  • Coordinate across Brand, Performance, Ecom, and Product teams to ensure work is aligned and delivered on time.
  • Proactively chase briefs, assets, and approvals, identifying and resolving blockers early.
  • Act as the central point of contact for creative delivery, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Plan and manage TentBox shoots, including logistics, scheduling, crew coordination, and on-set support.
  • Coordinate internal creatives, community and UGC creators, and external freelancers to ensure efficient, high-quality output – acting as the bridge between production and channels to deliver assets in the right way.
  • Continuously improve workflows and processes to support faster, smoother creative production.

What We Are Looking For

  • Workflow Ownership: A strong bias for action with the ability to own production pipelines and ensure momentum is never lost. Keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward.
  • Creative Sensibility: A genuine creative point of view; you understand what "good" looks like and can help elevate content, not just move it through a system.
  • Stakeholder Management: A confident communicator who can manage expectations across multiple teams and "challenge up" when necessary.
  • Problem Solving & Ambiguity: A proactive approach to removing blockers and the ability to keep work moving even when a brief isn't fully defined.
  • Strategic Thinking: You think about the end-consumer first, focusing on delivering cohesive, channel-specific asset suites rather than just individual files.
  • Organisation & Detail: Highly organised with a hawk-eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Resilience: You thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments and remain calm under the pressure of tight deadlines.
  • Affinity with the Outdoors: You have a genuine connection to the outdoors and an intuitive grasp of the "TentBox lifestyle." You understand that our products are a gateway to adventure, and you use that insight to ensure our content feels authentic.

Tools & Skills

  • Production Experience: Solid experience in production, project management or creative operations, ideally within a high-growth D2C or agency environment.
  • Shoot Production: Proven ability to plan and manage photo and video shoots, including logistics, crew, and on-set coordination.
  • Planning Software: High proficiency with production planning tools (e.g., Monday.com, Notion, or similar).
  • Content Ecosystems: A deep understanding of how content workflows differ across social, paid media, and web.
  • External Coordination: Experience managing freelancers, UGC creators, and external creative partners.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: (For relevant roles) Working knowledge of UK VAT and basic payroll administration support.

What Success Looks Like

  • Production planner is always accurate, clear, and trusted by the team.
  • Creative projects are delivered on time, with blockers proactively managed.
  • Stakeholders feel informed, aligned, and supported.
  • Shoots run smoothly with strong organisation and execution.
  • The content team operates efficiently, with minimal bottlenecks or delays.
  • Channel-specific asset suites are delivered in full – not just individual pieces – and are optimised for the end-consumer.
  • Consistent, high-quality output is maintained during both peak campaign periods and day-to-day 'always-on' production.

What We Offer

  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays / pro-rata
  • Private Health Care
  • Standard Pension contributions
  • 40% Staff discount & 20% F&F Discount

Location: Remote-first, with regular travel to Southampton (UK) required for shoots and key team moments.
