We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day execution of our paid media and CRM activity. This role is ideal for someone with around 12 months’ experience who understands the core ad platforms, enjoys working hands-on, and wants to develop in a fast-paced, high-growth eCommerce environment alongside channel specialists. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our creative is tested effectively, campaigns are well maintained, and performance insights are clearly reported across the business.
Responsibilities
- Managing the creative workflow between Performance and Content teams, ensuring assets are prepared and uploaded across:
- Meta
- TikTok
- Other relevant paid platforms
- Setting up tests
- Monitoring performance
- Identifying winning assets for BAU deployment
- Reviewing search queries
- Adding negatives
- Protecting efficiency and relevance.
- Weekly performance reviews
- Test readouts
- Ongoing optimisation discussions
Ideal Candidate
- 12 months’ hands-on experience across paid media and/or CRM.
- Working knowledge of platforms such as:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- TikTok and Klaviyo experience an added bonus
Salary range: £27,000 - £30,000
Location: The role is offered on a hybrid basis, office is based near Southampton, UK
