Customer Service Advisors (full‑time) – Multiple start dates (Feb–May). Fixed‑term contracts until September 2026. Apply by 9th January 2026. Open Day: Thursday 15th January 2026.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle customer enquiries mainly via email and live chat (some phone and face‑to‑face).
  • Provide clear, accurate information and first‑class customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
  • Use internal systems to log interactions and follow processes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable using IT systems.
  • Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone and face‑to‑face.
  • A genuine desire to help people.
  • Experience in customer service is beneficial — full specific training provided.
