What you’ll do
- Campaigns – planning & execution
- Own your share of the CRM campaign calendar across UK, FR, DE and wider EU markets.
- Build and execute campaigns end‑to‑end in Klaviyo across email (primary), SMS and WhatsApp.
- Ensure campaign activity is aligned with paid, organic and brand activity and key trading moments.
- Adapt and build campaign assets within Klaviyo and Figma – you do this directly, not via agency.
- Flows – build & optimisation
- Work with the CRM Manager to maintain and improve the automated flow library: welcome series, abandoned browse/cart/checkout, post‑purchase, win‑back and re‑engagement.
- Build new flows from scratch in Klaviyo as commercial opportunities arise.
- Monitor flow health and flag deliverability or performance issues.
- Segmentation & targeting
- Shape audience strategy for campaigns and flows.
- Build targeted segments using customer lifecycle stage, behavioural signals and market nuances.
- Continuously refine targeting to lift engagement, conversion and revenue per recipient.
- Performance, testing & reporting
- Share ownership of CRM performance against KPIs: revenue contribution, open rate, click rate, conversion and revenue per recipient.
- Run a structured A/B testing programme across subject lines, send times, creative, offers and segmentation.
- Analyse results and implement learnings consistently.
- Produce clear weekly and monthly CRM performance reports for the wider team.
- Collaboration & creative
- Brief the creative team clearly and accurately on campaign requirements.
- Work closely with Performance (channel alignment), Brand (creative direction) and FR & DE market leads (local timing and relevance).
- Communicate proactively with CS and wider marketing on CRM activity.
- Maternity cover (from October)
- From October, step up to lead the CRM function while the existing CRM Manager is on maternity leave.
- Take ownership of both campaigns and automated flows across the full trading period.
- Work closely with the Head of Performance and Performance Executive, who will provide day‑to‑day support.
- When the CRM Manager returns, revert to the shared model outlined above.

- Proven, hands‑on Klaviyo expertise – you've built flows and campaigns yourself, not managed others or agencies who do.
- Strong segmentation and lifecycle marketing skills.
- Data‑driven mindset: comfortable pulling your own performance data, running A/B tests and presenting findings.
- A genuine obsession with detail – you QA your own work and don't rely on others to catch errors.
