The Role
We are looking for a driven and passionate Performance Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious growth targets. This is an exciting opportunity to build on our market-leading position in the UK and accelerate expansion across the EU. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing including paid media, affiliate partnerships, SEO, and analytics, with a strong track record of delivering cost-effective customer acquisition and measurable growth.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that align with our commercial goals. This role offers the chance to shape our digital strategy, build scalable programs, and directly influence the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media – End-to-end management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including strategy, build, optimization, and reporting. Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining or improving cost per acquisition (CPA). Experience across additional paid media platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit is highly desirable.
- SEO – Delivering strong organic performance in niche sectors, with a particular focus on content strategy and link acquisition. Developing and executing SEO roadmaps to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Tracking & Analytics – Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager and web tracking implementation, including Consent Mode configuration. Using tools such as Google Analytics and Triple Whale to build dashboards, analyze campaign performance, and inform data-driven decisions. Interpreting complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights that improve ROI across all channels.
- Affiliate Marketing – In-house management of our affiliate program, with a strong focus on cultivating partnerships with content publishers, influencers, and editorial platforms. Developing strategies to grow affiliate-sourced revenue in line with business objectives.
- Testing & Optimization – Designing and implementing A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates. Continuously iterating campaigns based on data and learnings.
- International Markets – Proven results in the French and/or German markets is a strong advantage, while French or German language skills are desirable but not essential.
- Budget & Forecasting – Ownership of channel budgets and forecasting, ensuring spend is effectively allocated to meet growth targets. Regularly reporting on KPIs, performance against targets, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration – Working closely with the content, product, and commercial teams to develop campaign assets and aligning campaigns messaging with CRM and social teams. Managing relationships with external partners and platform representatives to stay up to date with best practices and new opportunities.
