Job Description We are seeking a full-time, permanent Laboratory Technician with skills in industrial food production to support our team. The technician will be trained in sampling, testing, measuring, and analyzing in collaboration with the laboratory team. Key Responsibilities No scientific qualification or experience required; training will be provided. Preparing food, water, and environmental swab samples for analysis, including weighing and serial dilutions. Maintaining accurate sample records, especially regarding incubation times. Maintaining cleanliness and sterility of equipment, along with general cleaning duties. Candidate Requirements Self-motivated Flexible and willing to work hard Team player with a mature attitude Ability to perform under pressure Ability to handle different types of food Fast learner Ability to stand for long periods This position offers an excellent opportunity for career development or a new challenge within an international company.
