ABOUT THE JOB

Are you a sales-driven professional with experience in emergency services or other hands‑on operational roles? Join our growing team in the UK! We are currently expanding in the UK and are looking for a Field Sales Representative with experience in emergency services, such as police, ambulance, or fire and rescue services, or similar operational roles, who is looking to transition into a commercial sales role. In this role, you will drive and execute sales activities and manage the entire sales process from start to finish. You will be part of an international team of field sales representatives within the emergency services sector. Working remotely from home, you will collaborate closely with your manager and team to drive sales activities, while embracing innovative solutions and challenging traditional methods in the training sector. TASKS

  • Work hands‑on throughout the sales process – from initial contact to closed deal and customer onboarding.
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers and build long‑term relationships.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closure.
  • Use your product knowledge to independently create solutions and quotations.
  • Plan and execute customer visits, product demonstrations, and trade fair participation.
  • Handle administrative follow‑up and reporting in the CRM system, ensuring data quality and transparency.
  • Actively contribute to the team and provide guidance in areas of expertise when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A valid driver's licence is required for this position.

  • Have experience in emergency response.
  • Have advanced professional driver training.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Start date: To be agreed – Contract: Full‑time, permanent position (subject to a six‑month probationary period) – Location: Based in the Midlands / Central England region. You will work primarily from your home office but spend around 50 % of your time visiting customers and partners across the UK.
