Role Description

The Technical Recruiter contract role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring technical experts to support Tensium’s growing network.

This remote position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including defining role requirements with stakeholders, posting and promoting opportunities, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

The Technical Recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning specialists, focusing on candidates with experience at top technology and financial institutions.

Day-to-day activities include coordinating interview processes, advising on hiring decisions, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining accurate records in recruiting systems.

The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to understand project needs and match them with the right expert talent.

Qualifications

  • Strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes for multiple roles.
  • Proven Technical Recruiting and Hiring experience, particularly for software, data, and machine learning positions.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting for contract, freelance, or expert marketplace roles is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networks such as Linked In.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit through structured interviews.
