About the Team

Our People Team doesn’t do HR in the traditional sense. We are here to build the infrastructure that allows a fast‑moving, independent company to scale without losing its soul. We’re currently solving the challenge of maintaining a cohesive, high‑energy culture across our global teams while automating the manual grit out of our processes.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage our suite of people products, creating automations that replace manual tasks and let the team focus on high‑value work.
  • Create systems that sharpen our unique culture, ensuring the employee experience aligns with our 2025 people strategy.
  • Navigate the complexities of labor regulations across Europe, the US, and India to keep our global operations seamless and compliant.
  • Design and oversee the entire employee journey, from the moment someone joins to the day they move on, including performance and time‑off.
  • Scale our benefits and compensation administration, ensuring payroll runs like clockwork across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Launch insight‑driven initiatives by using data to identify bottlenecks and improve how we support our people.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams globally to ensure our people operations reflect our identity as a worldly, London‑born brand.

Location: London (Kings Cross & Farringdon offices).

Working Pattern: This is a full‑time, in‑office role (5 days a week). We move fast, and that means being physically present. We design flexibility around personal needs, but we focus on the magic that sparks when we’re all in the same room.

Commute: We ask that you live within a 60‑minute commute of your home office location.
