Integrations Consultant - EMEA

As our next Integrations Consultant, you’ll be responsible for defining, advising on, and managing the technical requirements for enterprise customers integrating their Ashby ATS instance with our custom-built Workday API. You will work with customers with varying levels of integration sophistication advising on integration best practices, technical configurations, and working with a customer’s internal expert on how to best achieve their goals. You will use your existing knowledge of both integrations and the products we will be integrating with to consult with our customers, helping them get up and running swiftly with Ashby, so they can ultimately achieve their desired business outcomes. You will partner with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other cross‑functional partners to achieve this.

Role Requirements

• Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Integration Experience: Extensive experience managing and executing integrations with Workday Core HCM, defining the work, aligning with stakeholders, communicating the project plan, and delivering results according to agreed expectations. A Workday HCM certification is desired. Bonus points for experience with other enterprise‑grade HCM solutions like UKG, ADP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Customer Centricity: Adept at understanding customer needs and tailoring implementations. Builds strong relationships with high engagement and communication, acting as proactive guide and advocate throughout the implementation period.
• Change Management: Experienced in navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of a complex product (ideally Ashby) and its technical intricacies; technically curious and creative.
• Consultative: Advises customers on best practices specific to their software usage to ensure optimal value.
• Innovative & Principled: Proactively addresses thematic customer opportunities and improves processes. Thinks critically to solve problems rather than relying on generic solutions.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: Partners effectively with stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress.

• Looking for a traditional Workday Implementation Consultant role focused on setting up their Workday instance, rather than aligning Ashby configuration with existing Workday.
• Prefer an in‑person role over remote.
• Less interested in customer‑facing roles that require both technical and interpersonal skills.
• Accustomed to defining ideas and strategies but not responsible for execution.
• Prefer working with a simple product rather than a point solution.
• Prefer exclusively to build rather than iterate and optimize.
