Responsibilities
- Build and mentor a high‑performing engineering team, focusing on skill development and autonomous project ownership.
- Provide feedback on product and technical specifications to guide scope and quality decisions.
- Coach engineers to handle large, loosely defined projects, driving them to completion.
- Participate in the codebase as needed—debug, bug fixes, and improving developer experience while staying off the critical path.
- Own and improve internal systems, such as demo account data generation and simulation, impacting engineering, QA, and sales.
