We’re looking for a Reddit-loving Creative Strategist to join our KarmaLab International team based in London, UK.

Reddit’s KarmaLab is the creative engine behind the Global Sales Organisation, helping our customers show up on Reddit in ways that feel authentic to the platform while driving real business impact. As Reddit’s in-house creative strategy team, KarmaLab partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and advertisers to develop compelling campaigns, creative strategies, and storytelling that connect brands with the vibrant communities of Reddit. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to support Reddit’s growing International business. This person will help shape creative strategy for a variety of advertisers while partnering closely with Sales teams to develop Reddit-native ideas, pitch strategic recommendations, and help brands better understand how to show up authentically on the platform.

You’re a strategic thinker with strong creative instincts. You understand internet culture intuitively and Reddit specifically, not just how it looks, but how it behaves, speaks, and evolves. You’re comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, bringing clarity to open-ended briefs and confidence to conversations with clients and internal partners. You see strategy as a way to unlock better creative, not slow it down. You’re collaborative, curious, and solutions-minded, and you know how to bridge the gap between what brands want and what Reddit communities will actually engage with.

Location London, UK – in office minimum three days a week

What you’ll do

  • Build creative strategies and campaign concepts that help EMEA based advertisers show up authentically on Reddit
  • Partner closely with Sales and XFN teams on pitches, RFPs, presentations, workshops, and client storytelling
  • Act as a creative consultant and Reddit platform expert for Finance-focused clients and external partners
  • Develop strategic narratives, presentation materials, and Reddit-native ideas that drive business impact
  • Educate internal sales teams and external partners on creative best practices and how brands can effectively leverage Reddit
  • Partner with senior strategists across major accounts and verticals to support day-to-day creative strategy needs

You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation. You’re comfortable working across disciplines and influencing without authority. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy tackling new categories, clients, and challenges. You can shift perspectives easily, thinking like a Redditor, a brand, and a business partner at the same time. You bring structure to ambiguity and clarity to complexity.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in either a creative, strategy, media, or social role.
  • Strong understanding of how creative, media, and brand teams work together.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple briefs and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience developing strategic narratives, creative frameworks, and pitch materials.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides or Keynote; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus, not required.
  • Agency or in-house creative strategy experience strongly preferred.
