Key Responsibilities:
- This role represents an exciting evolution of Product Management globally within Tensar, aligning the function closely with Tensar's global operating model and regional growth objectives.
- The Senior Product Manager serves as the product leadership voice within our business, helping translate customer needs, market opportunities, and commercial priorities into actionable product, commercialisation, and growth strategies.
- Working at the intersection of commercial, technical, and operational teams, this individual will help shape regional direction, guide product and innovation priorities, support competitive differentiation, and ensure new opportunities are effectively brought to market.

Experience and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years’ experience with Technical Sales or Product Management in the construction industry, geosynthetics preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) preferred.
- Proven history of success in prior roles.
- Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally and at different levels within the organisation.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to understand technically complex concepts and connect them to business outcomes.
- Understanding of the principles of soil mechanics/geotechnical engineering, mechanics of materials and structures.
- Strong skills with Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP and/or generative AI tools is a plus.
- Technical expertise and knowledge of company products.
- Fluency in English.
- Driving license.
