The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing food and drinks. You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
