Tenpin Blackburn is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, serve food and drinks, and keep the centre welcoming and running smoothly.
You will work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children’s parties. You should be efficient, proactive, friendly and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as priority.
