We’re expanding! Join the Wakefield team at our latest location and grow with us! We are opening a brand new, state of the art family entertainment centre at Trinity Walk Shopping Centre in May 2026. To build this wonderful Wakefield team, we will be holding a Recruitment Event on 29 April 2026. We're excited to offer four opportunities for the same role, each with slight differences. The Role

You will deliver a first-class service to our customers by serving alcohol, cocktails and soft drinks, managing stock, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness all whilst following UK licensing requirements. As you grow in the role, you’ll be supported to build your skills across all key areas of the centre, from working in the kitchen to getting involved in the reception. You’ll also play a hands‑on role in managing our 24 bowling lanes, 3 escape rooms, 2 karaoke rooms and laser tag, helping to keep the energy high and the fun flowing. This well‑rounded experience will help you confidently support the team and create great moments for our customers.

We’re looking for confident, friendly candidates with outstanding customer service skills. Given the responsibility of serving alcohol, candidates must be at least 18 years old, in compliance with UK law.
