Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding experience for our customers, including booking customers at reception and being a point of contact for customer questions.
• Be alert to sales opportunities, host individuals and children\’s parties, deliver food to the lanes, and keep the centre clean and tidy.
• Be involved in a range of departments: hosting children\’s parties and overseeing the Laser Arena, managing Escape Room experiences, and running karaoke rooms.
• Work efficiently, show initiative and be friendly, with exceptional customer service at heart.

Qualifications

• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• No problem attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide high levels of customer service.
• Fully flexible around working pattern (evenings and weekends required).
• Approachable and helpful.
• Organised, able to multi‑task with attention to detail.
• A strong team player.
