Customer Service Assistant - South Yorkshire

Responsibilities
- Manage reception bookings and coordinate event schedules.
- Respond to enquiries, identify sales opportunities, and upsell services.
- Host events, run Escape Room and laser arena activities, and manage karaoke rooms.
- Prepare food and drinks and ensure all areas remain clean and welcoming.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support venue operations.
Qualifications
- Determined, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a proactive, "nothing is too big" attitude.
- Fully flexible availability: weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Approachable, helpful, organised, detail oriented, and a strong team player.
