The opportunities are endless, and the benefits are pretty cool too! The Role As a General Manager you will manage the day-to-day operation of our centre, which includes:
- Creating a culture of excellent customer service
- Driving the business growth through local promotions and central product delivery
- Developing an annual business plan with the Regional Manager focusing on growth and financial target
- Creating a professional environment with training, appraisals, fair management and support team operations and strategy execution.
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally within leisure or hospitality, whilst leading and developing large teams - Experience in optimising revenue and overall business performance
- Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience
- Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
