The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. Your everyday tasks include booking customers at reception, serving as the main point of contact for customer questions, spotting sales opportunities, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. You will also deliver food to the lanes and support a variety of departments such as hosting children’s parties, running the Laser Arena, managing Escape Room experiences, and operating karaoke rooms.
