The Role As a Game Master you will be responsible for welcoming and engaging with customers, and providing pre-game information about their gaming experience. Part of your daily routine will involve providing an excellent customer experience, by managing game flow, conducting debrief sessions, and taking team photos, whilst being responsible for customer safety. You will also be responsible for ensuring that consistent uniform standards are maintained and training new members of the team. You will need to be passionate, with positive energy and have strong attention to detail, you will also need to be confident and comfortable when dealing with large groups of customers. The Role Previous customer service experience Skilled in public speaking, with the ability to engage and captivate groups effectively.
