Our Maintenance Operatives play a vital role in our site's wellbeing. We take great pride in the environment in which we operate, and it is the Maintenance Operative's responsibility to ensure that all equipment is fully functioning on a daily basis, keeping the safety of our customers and colleagues at the forefront of everything that they do and ensuring our customers have a great experience every day.

This role will also assist with any bowling or lane repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and diagnosing faults
  • Carrying out repairs, adjustments, and other maintenance works as appropriate, including but not limited to:
    • Areas of the site that require painting and re-touching
    • Low level decoration/repair of damaged walls or skirting
    • Damaged toilet locks and soap dispensers
    • Broken wall tiles, floor tiles, soiled/damaged carpet tiles
    • Damaged furniture (excluding fabric repair or replacement)
    • Removing graffiti from internal and external areas of the site
    • Assisting the CSA-Pin in any bowling related repairs such as bumpers and customer seating areas
  • Undertaking such other duties commensurate with the responsibilities of the role and any other reasonable management request.
