Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the centre.
  • Create a customer‑focused culture.
  • Lead the team by example for effective collaboration.
  • Deputise for the General Manager and support in achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
  • Passionate about exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in leading and developing large teams.
  • Determined, enthusiastic and patient.
  • Ambitious and eager to progress.
