Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver outstanding guest experiences at our Nottingham centre. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries and identify sales opportunities while hosting events and serving food and drinks.
You’ll help keep the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly and work across Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms and children’s parties. We value energy, confidence and a positive attitude.
