We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants. If you thrive on creating smiles and exceeding expectations, then this role is for YOU!
The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, preparing food and serving alcohol and soft drinks behind the bar.
But that’s not all - you'll also be hands-on in managing our 24 lanes, 3 escape rooms, 2 karaoke rooms, laser tag and soft play, to keep the energy high and the fun flowing. We’re all about variety, so you won’t be stuck in one spot! You’ll be cross-skilled across all departments. Whether you’re helping guests at reception, or shaking up drinks behind the bar, every day will bring something new.

Skills You Need
- Full of determination, enthusiasm, and be able to work in fast-paced environment
- Embrace a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude, coupled with a drive to achieve excellence.
- Able to provide outstanding customer service and strong communication skills

- Can multi-task, demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, and strong attention to detail
