Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Glenrothes to deliver an excellent visitor experience across reception bookings and enquiries. You’ll help identify sales opportunities and host events, serving food and drinks while ensuring the centre remains welcoming and well-run.
You’ll work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children's parties. The role requires energy, confidence and a focus on first-class service, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
