Location: Head Office/Home Based (this role will be based in our Cardiff Head Office a minimum of 2 days a week).

We've an exciting opportunity as an Administrator, within our Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team, to help support with tasks that keep the wheels moving every day for us. It’s a busy admin role but one where you really see the impact your work has for people affected by cancer. It’s fun, you learn lots, and have a voice too, so you and the team develop, grow and we always do things bigger and better.

Undertaking daily office tasks such as:

  • Answering the phone and responding to emails
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing data entry on our systems
  • Printing, packing and assisting with the post
  • Other office support

will be the building blocks of your role, while also engaging with supporters, building relationships and completing administration tasks that support the wider Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team.

This role offers the opportunity to engage with our supporters and represent us at our events, from Marathons to our famous Lovelights, you'll get out and about and foster supporter relationships along the way.
