As Sales Director for a specialised B2B and B2C manufacturer you will lead the sales function across the UK and parts of Europe, driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and market expansion, including hospitality and prime residential segments. Reporting in to the CEO, you will need to inspire the team, optimise performance, and deliver ambitious targets in challenging market conditions.
You will manage a broad group of stakeholders, oversee the sales pipeline, spearhead business development, and ensure competitive positioning while contributing as part of the Senior Leadership Team, shaping the company’s strategic direction.
You will be experienced in specification sales, well-connected within the Architecture & Design community and comfortable leveraging technical knowledge to drive revenue growth and engagement with customers.
- Responsible for ensuring sales growth, hitting/exceeding annual sales targets, and identifying new markets
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and innovative strategies to foster ongoing growth
- Provide leadership to the sales team, ensuring high levels of customer service and upholding professional standards and behaviours
- Attend events to build networks, brand engagement and leads
8+ years' of sales leadership experience, ~15+ years' of experience in sales, creative, enthusiastic, and proactive with a sense of humour.
