The Opportunity

They are now seeking an Account Manager to focus on developing and expanding existing insurance sector clients across the UK, identifying new opportunities within established accounts and driving long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of insurance sector accounts, driving revenue expansion and client retention
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships across client organisations
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support targeted account campaigns
- Develop and deliver value-based propositions aligned to client needs and regulatory challenges
- Own the full account lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing growth and renewal
- Work cross-functionally with product, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and presentations
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account plans
- Contribute to wider commercial strategy, including pricing and go-to-market initiatives
- Support contract renewals and negotiate commercial agreements
