Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of insurance sector accounts, driving revenue expansion and client retention
- Identify and develop upsell and crossâsell opportunities within existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, seniorâlevel relationships across client organisations
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support targeted account campaigns
- Develop and deliver valueâbased propositions aligned to client needs and regulatory challenges
- Own the full account lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing growth and renewal
- Work crossâfunctionally with product, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and presentations
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account plans
- Contribute to wider commercial strategy, including pricing and goâtoâmarket initiatives
- Support contract renewals and negotiate commercial agreements
