Tennis Wales is the Governing Body of tennis and padel in Wales with a vision to open up tennis across Wales. Tennis Wales aim to transform Welsh communities through tennis and padel and launched their strategy from 2020 – 2024, and in collaboration with the LTA, Sport Wales, and was extended further until December 2026. Tennis Wales are currently working towards a revised version for 2027 and beyond. Tennis Wales is now looking to recruit an Independent Chairperson to lead the Tennis Wales Board to ensure the effective management of the organisation and work in partnership with the CEO to successfully deliver our vision. The Tennis Wales Board meets five times a year across Wales. The term of office is three years initially with a maximum of two, three-year terms. The Chair will lead the Board to reach strategic decisions and make sure that the company’s obligations are fulfilled. Directors take an active role in the policymaking
