Tennial Personnel are recruiting a Landscaping Team Leader to join a well-established horticultural company based in Campsea Ashe, Suffolk. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent position following 12 successful working weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, hands-on landscaper looking to take the next step in their career and lead a small team across a variety of landscaping projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and organising a team to complete landscaping work in line with designs and project requirements. You will need to be confident working hands-on alongside the team, while also being able to take responsibility for organising workloads, managing priorities and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. The role would suit someone with previous landscaping or agricultural experience who is confident taking the lead, can work on their own initiative and is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
