Tennial Personnel are actively recruiting for a Production Operative (Food Blending) to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking long-term employment with a business that offers genuine career progression into a Cooking Chef position. The role is offered on an ongoing temporary basis with the potential to secure a permanent contract following a successful probationary period.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with occasional overtime available on Saturdays during busy periods. This is a varied, hands-on role within the production department, where the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and blending food products using industrial mixing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and blend food products using industrial blenders ranging from 250kg to 2,000kg capacity
- Accurately follow recipes and production instructions to ensure product consistency and quality
- Operate production equipment, including mixing vessels, pumps, and associated machinery
- Complete production paperwork and batch documentation accurately
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety throughout the production process
