Tennial Personnel are actively recruiting for a Bulk Production Operative to join a well-established cosmetics manufacturing company based in Halesworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking long-term employment with a company that offers genuine permanent opportunities. The role is offered on an ongoing temporary basis with the intention of securing a permanent contract following a successful probationary period.
The position operates on a rotating shift pattern of Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Upon securing a permanent contract, the shift pattern will move to 6:00am - 3:00pm and 1:00pm - 10:00pm.
This is a varied and hands-on role within the Bulk Production Department, responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients used in the manufacture of cosmetic products. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring production recipes are followed precisely, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
