Tennial Personnel are currently recruiting for an Agricultural Delivery & Machinery Support Operative to join a well-established seeds and grain business based in Saxmundham, Suffolk, covering customer sites across East Anglia. This is a full time temporary position during the harvest period. The role operates on a 5–6 day working week, with 10–11 hour shifts, typically 6:00am/7:00am – 6:00pm/7:00pm. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that involves supporting agricultural operations by delivering equipment and materials to various sites and assisting around large farming machinery. You will be a driver's mate where full training provided would be required. As you'll be working around heavy agricultural equipment, you'll need to be safety-conscious, have excellent awareness of your surroundings, and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery and movement of seeds, grain and agricultural materials. Assist with machinery operations and site activities as directed. Work safely around large agricultural machinery and vehicles. Carry out manual handling and physically demanding tasks. Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
