Tennial Personnel are actively seeking an experienced Production Technician with gantry crane and forklift experience to join a growing, family‑run manufacturing business based in Risby, near Bury St Edmunds. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity following a successful 12‑week probation period, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, offering an hourly rate of £13.00-£14.00 per hour depending on experience. The role sits within an exciting and rapidly developing sector, offering hands‑on involvement in a specialist manufacturing project where your skills and experience will be genuinely valued. Key Responsibilities
- Operate gantry cranes and forklifts to safely move materials and large assemblies
- Support mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations

- Carry out visual inspections and assist with quality checks
