Tennial Personnel are actively seeking an experienced Production Technician with three-phase electrical testing experience to join a growing, family-run manufacturing business based in Risby, near Bury St Edmunds. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity following a successful 12-week working period, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, offering an hourly rate of £13.00-£14.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities- Carry out electrical testing on equipment involving three-phase power
- Support mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations as required
- Use precision tools and calibrated electrical test equipment correctly and safely
- Work to engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and test procedures
- Conduct electrical safety checks and functional testing
- Accurately record test results and support fault identification
- Maintain compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures
- Support wider production and build activities when required
- Report any safety, quality, or process issues promptly
- Proven experience testing three-phase electrical systems
- Strong understanding of electrical safety, isolation, and lock-off procedures
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and test documentation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible, team-oriented approach with willingness to support multiple production disciplines
- Recognised electrical qualification or certification (preferred)
- Background within manufacturing, testing, or industrial electrical environments
