Tennial Personnel are recruiting Production & Assembly Operatives to join a sports equipment manufacturing business based in Clopton, Suffolk. This is a temporary-to-permanent role, with the potential for a permanent contract following a successful 12-week probation period. This is a hands-on role supporting the production of golf mats, machine assembly, basic maintenance, and general production duties. The successful candidate will be reliable, practical, and willing to work across a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Friday, 7:45 AM - 4 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and assemble golf mats in line with production specifications
- Assist with machine assembly, setup, and basic maintenance tasks
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Follow supervisor instructions and contribute to achieving daily production targets
- Support general production duties, including material handling and stock movement
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Report machinery faults, quality issues, or safety concerns promptly
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required to support production and operations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals
Skills Required:
