Tennial Personnel are seeking a proactive and adaptable Part-Time Administrator to join our client’s team in Claydon. This varied role offers the opportunity to support a busy office environment and contribute to multiple business functions. The position is initially part-time, with flexibility in working days and the possibility of increased hours based on business needs and individual performance. This is a temporary to permanent position, after a successful 12-week period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
- Order and source office and operational supplies, liaising with suppliers as needed.
- Administer quality assurance and environmental schemes, ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the running of HGVs, including scheduling and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Assist with basic HR functions, such as maintaining personnel records and supporting recruitment activities.
- Provide personal assistant (PA) support to Directors, including diary management and meeting arrangements.
