Tennial Personnel are seeking a Logistics Planner to join our client's expanding team at their Suffolk based office. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a dynamic and varied role within a fast growing, family run business. An immediate start is available for the right candidate. Working hours would be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a one hour unpaid lunch break. The role is fully office based with onsite parking available.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning logistics operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling collections
- Liaising with hauliers
- Preparing reports
- Handling mail campaigns
- Contacting customers regarding orders

Skills:
- Plan and manage daily traffic operations, including scheduling and chasing ETA's with hauliers
- Prepare detailed reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner to arrange order collections
- Assist with the preparation of mail shots and advertising campaigns (postal and email)
- Support general running of the office with various administrative duties
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
